To get the most out of the Church Streaming License we recommend following the steps below! Using these steps below, you can fully automate your reporting within the Church Streaming License.
If you currently use Planning Center Services for service planning, you can continue to the steps below.

Already utilizing Planning Center services for your service planning? Great news for you! You can setup auto reporting with just a few simple steps!
If you haven’t already, first connect your Planning Center Account with your MultiTracks.com Organization. (Article Guide)
Import a service type or setlist and enable the option to "Receive Plan updates for Setlists in this Service Type.” (Note: this will auto-import all future plans made in Planning Center Services, and will keep plans up to date). (Article Guide)
Confirm songs are linked between MultiTracks.com and Planning Center accounts. (Article Guide)
Confirm Service Types have the correct reporting preferences. (Info further below under Confirming accurate auto reported)

Setting up auto-reporting when utilizing Playback
Setting up auto-reporting when utilizing Playback
When not utilizing Planning Center Services for service planning, you can still take advantage of auth reporting when using Playback. The best part is auto-reporting will be active as soon as you signup for the Church Streaming License, and could be setup already, depending on your weekly workflow.
Song usage is reported based on your setlist usage. So for accurate automated reporting, just make sure setlists are built each week in Playback, and saved to the cloud. Be sure to build unique setlists in Playback for each service or campus by duplicating setlists or starting fresh, and the confirm the setlists' or service types’ reporting preferences are accurate. Setting up auto-reporting when not utilizing Planning Center or Playback
When not utilizing the Playback app, or Planning Center Services, you can still setup up auto reporting simply. Since song activity is reported by creating setlists on MultiTracks.com, simply build your setlists each week with the songs you’re leading, and we’ll handle the reporting for you!

Confirming accurate Auto Reporting
Confirming setlists’ reporting preferences are correct will ensure your setlist's lyric usage and streaming are reported accurately. You can edit each setlist to change its’ reporting preferences. You can view and edit the preferences for each Setlist or Service type easily by looking for the “Lyrics Displayed” and “Streaming Online” checks as shown below.
We recommend setting the organizations Service Type(s) to the correct reporting preferences so future setlists default to your desired preferences.
If it’s a live-streamed service, checking “Streaming Online,”
Checking the “Lyrics Displayed” if lyrics are displayed.

Note: After setting the preferences for the service type, each setlist created or imported with that service type will default to the Service Type’s settings.
Helpful Setlist Info
Setlists that are “Pinned” will not have the ability to report streaming or lyric usage.
Setlists that are 2 weeks or older in “Past Setlists” will be “Locked.”
Locked setlists cannot be edited, can be duplicated for future use, but remain locked in their original state for accurate auto-reporting.
