Below is a step-by-step guide on how to obtain and manage additional rentals, as well as key details on their usage and expiration policies.
Upgrading Your Subscription to Get More Rentals
To acquire additional rentals:
Navigate to the Manage Subscriptions page on your MultiTracks.com account.
(Navigate to "Subscriptions" and then click the "Manage" tab toward the top of the subscriptions page.Use the number dropdown next to the Playback Rentals subscription to increase your rental tier. The amount of rentals you receive is specific to whether you're on monthly or annual pricing.
If on monthly pricing, upgrading will charge the full upgrade cost for the difference in rentals between the current tier and new tier.
Example Scenario: Upgrading from 16 - 20 rentals. You'll be charged ~$15 and granted 4 rentals that will expire 30 days from the date they're added.
($75 and 20 rentals subtracted by the $59.99 for 16 rentals = $15 for 4 additional rentals).If on annual pricing, upgrading will charge a pro-rated rate between the two tiers, based on the amount of days you're in your annual cycle, and will be granted a pro-rated amount of rentals based on the same amount of days in your cycle. And the rentals will expire at the end of the current annual cycle.
Example Scenario: Upgrading from the 16 rental tier, to the 20 rental tier when exactly 6 months in your annual cycle. You'd be charged $81 and granted 24 rentals (difference between the 16 rental tier and 20 rental tier annually is ~$162 and 48 rentals. pro-rated down to $81 for 24 rentals).
Once the additional rentals are purchased, you can choose to downgrade back to your preferred plan, allowing you to retain your normal billing amount for the next subscription auto-renewal.
Conditions and Benefits of Additional Rentals
On monthly subscriptions, the rentals are available 30 days from the time the rentals are added.
On annual subscriptions, the rentals are available up until the original annual renewal/expiration date.
