*This is only applicable to website credits purchased via the MultiTracks.com credit bundles or the Credit Membership subscription and does not pertain to leftover Playback Rentals.
Helpful information to know when converting your credits to a subscription balance:
Credits converted to a subscription balance CANNOT be converted back to credits.
The subscription balance can be used to purchase new subscriptions, or will cover subscription renewals*.
The converted subscription balance will have the same expiration date as the previous credits. (Example: If your credits expire on 4/12/21 and you convert them to a subscription balance, that balance will still expire on 4/12/21.)
The credits will be converted back to their dollar value amount when converted to a subscription balance.
*The "Credit Membership" subscription cannot be purchased with a subscription credit balance and can only be purchased using the stored payment method on the MultiTracks.com account.
