MIDI Banks are not currently supported in Playback.
Playback will only ever load MIDI cues from channels in the DEFAULT MIDI BANK.
MIDI Banks | General Information
MIDI Banks can be utilized on the website on MultiTracks.com to store different sets of MIDI. You can copy MIDI cues from a MIDI bank to another MIDI bank for storage and recall purposes. Currently, Playback will only pull in MIDI Cues from the Default MIDI Bank in the library. Future utilization of MIDI Banks in Playback will be coming in the future!
Utilizing different MIDI sets across multiple campuses
If utilizing Playback across multiple campuses, and consistently needing to use different MIDI data sets in Playback, MIDI Banks cannot currently be used. Instead, the current workaround would be utilizing a different MIDI Bus (Aux 1, Patches 2, Guitar, etc.) for each campus or ministry needing their own unique MIDI data. Each campus would then simply utilize their own MIDI bus, and only have that specific MIDI bus enabled in Playback.
Important MIDI Data Distinction:
MIDI data is stored to songs in your library in one of the eight available MIDI buses. This MIDI data can only have a single set of data in the cloud per MIDI bus.
MIDI data is never stored with setlists, or Named Arrangements.
MIDI data is only stored directly to a MIDI bus for a particular song.
MIDI data can be stored locally where changes are made and the user decides to not overwrite the MIDI cue data in the cloud. But this data could be at risk of being lost if the setlist or song is removed from the device.
