Your customer ID is the identification number associated with your organization's billing. This can be used by support to find your account quickly.

To find your Customer ID go to your account by following this link:
​https://multitracks.com/premium/ (You may be asked to log in first)

After following that link, you will find your Customer ID next to your Organization name in the top right-hand corner.
