Charts and Lyrics aren't importing after selecting them to import
If there are there Chart Pro files missing from the Arrangement page of the song, there are two probable causes:
The files don't exist in MultiTracks.com for the key(s) you have chosen.
There was an error when the files were linked.
To find out which applies, visit MultiTracks.com and search for the same song and arrangement. Use the Charts tab to verify the chart exists and the RehearsalMix tab to ensure the audio exists.
Check the keys available for the RehearsalMix files to ensure the keys match up with the keys you have loaded in Planning Center.
If the charts and audio are available on Multitracks, this indicates there was an error when the song was linked. Resolve by unlinking and then re-linking the chart or audio files. See Unlinking and Relinking a Song from MultiTracks.com section below for instructions.
