Planning Center and ProPresenter Connection Updates

Important maintenance update notice for MultiTracks.com customers utilizing the integrations available in Planning Center Services and ProPresenter.

MultiTracks.com is upgrading the system that connects your MultiTracks.com account to Planning Center and ProPresenter. As part of this update, that connection will need to be re-established one time on or anytime after Monday, June 22nd.

What this means for you:

  • If you use the MultiTracks.com integrations available in ProPresenter or Planning Center, you or any Organization Administrator will need to reconnect the integration after the update goes live. Simply find your integration settings in ProPresenter or Planning Center (Not on MultiTracks.com), and re-sign in, or us the "relink" options available.

  • This does not change how you sign in to MultiTracks.com or the MultiTracks.com apps. Your account, subscription, library, and content are all unaffected.

  • If you don't use either of those integrations, no action is needed.

  • Any files you've already imported will not be removed or deleted. However, you won't be able to access them through the integration until you reconnect.

Access to imported ProPresenter templates in ProPresenter will be lost until the integration is re-connected.

Access to all MultiTracks.com imported content in Planning Center (Including charts, and RehearsalMix audio files) will be disabled until the integration is re-connected by a Planning Center Services administrator.
