When signed in to a MultiTracks.com organization with a user, each signed in user will have access to their "Account Information." On this page a user can:
Update their profile picture
Edit their First and Last name
Edit their user email used to sign in
Input or Update their user Phone #
Change their country
Updating the Account Avatar (Profile Picture or Image)
Updating your profile picture can only be done on the MultiTracks.com website, when signing in with the specific user who's picture you need updated.
Sign into the MultiTracks.com website, and then select the username from the "Account" dropdown, or select the username on the left account page pane, and then select "Account Information."
You can then update the profile picture by selecting the blue edit icon, or by connecting your Facebook or X account, and using your profile picture from one of those social media platforms.
Admins cannot currently update or change any account information for team member users including the name, email and profile pictures. These fields can only be updated by the individual team members or users when signing in on the website.
