What are seats?

Within the MultiTracks.com ecosystem of products and subscriptions, "seats" refer to the number of individual users (team members, admins, music directors, band mates) that can access the features or content of that particular subscription. Each "seat" represents a single user who can log in and utilize MultiTracks.com features or content, such as Playback tracks, ChartBuilder charts (ChartBuilder seats), RehearsalMix in ChartBuilder or elsewhere (RehearsalMix seat), or other team-based services.

For example, if you have a 5-seat subscription for the Rehearse Bundle, up to five different users on your team could be assigned the included ChartBuilder and RehearsalMix seats to access all the features in the ChartBuilder app . This is particularly useful for worship teams or bands where multiple musicians need access to tracks, charts, or other resources.

How are seats managed?

Seats can be assigned and removed by any Admins (any users with the Campus Admin or Organization Admin role) directly on the People Page on MultiTracks.com.
For additional information on managing seat assignments please see the article 📖Managing Roles and Permissions.

For a full breakdown of each seat/permission that can be granted to an organization see: 📖People Page Seat Permission Breakdown
