Once you've loaded your Song Specific Patch into StageReady, you'll notice that the Progress Bar in the center of the screen is automatically filled with text and section notes.

As you move the mod wheel or touch the buttons on the NanoKontroller, the Progress Bar will slide across the screen. As it lands beneath a section, the sounds necessary to play those keyboard parts are loaded for you.

If you adjust the mod wheel whilst holding a note down, you won't hear the next sounds until you play a new note.

This powerful feature allows you to sustain a chord and change song section knowing that the new sounds won't be heard until you play the next chord.

Now your section changes don't have clumsy dropouts or unnatural volume jumps. See it in action below.
