Helpful information to know when converting your credits to a subscription balance:
Credits converted to a subscription balance CANNOT be converted back to credits.
The subscription balance can only be used to pay towards any active subscriptions.
The converted subscription balance will have the same expiration date as the previous credits. (Example: If your credits expire on 4/12/21 and you convert them to a subscription balance, that balance will still expire on 4/12/21.)
The credits will be converted back to the original purchase amount when converted to a subscription balance.
