We’ve designed a smooth and simple onboarding experience to help you and your team hit the ground running with MultiTracks One. During your 30-minute session, you'll meet with a MultiTracks Customer Success rep who will walk you through the essentials and answer any questions along the way.


Here’s what we’ll cover:

1. Access & Setup

  • Confirm login

  • Ensure access to essential tools

2. Team Configuration

  • Add team members

  • Assign permissions and add to setlists

3. First Setlist Creation

  • Build your first setlist

  • Sync with Playback, ChartBuilder, and RehearsalMix

4. Help Center + Training Walkthrough

  • Walk through Help Center and Training Center

  • Optional Post-Sunday check-in


What’s Not Included:

  • App or device troubleshooting

  • Billing, plan changes, or cancellations

  • Licensing or copyright support

  • Subscription clarification (please confirm plan details beforehand)
